Half Day Retreat with Rose Unwin

Join Rose for a restorative half-day retreat at the beautiful Egypt Mill Hotel & Restaurant. On arrival you will be greeted with tea, coffee, juices and energy balls, before an Indian head massage workshop and breathwork techniques led by Rose. The morning finishes off over a delicious two-course brunch, a peaceful ending to a morning of rest, connection, and restoration. From 10am - 1pm; £90 per person
