Taste Tradition was founded in 2004, nestled in the sweeping countryside of the North York Moors National Park. The Ashbridge family have been farming using their traditional methods of breeding, rearing and finishing livestock for an impressive three generations.
Their farms are home to a broad array of rare and native breed animals. They keep; Longhorn, Shorthorn, Aberdeen Angus, Red Poll, Dexter, Hereford, Galloway, Belted Galloway, Welsh, and Irish Moiled cattle. Saddleback, Gloucester Old Spot and Welsh pigs and Texel and Suffolk sheep too. With such a dizzying array of livestock, their in-depth knowledge and experience of each and every breed is truly awe-inspiring.
